This Privacy Policy explains how Evemently ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. The data controller is Murvatoff Solutions Said Murvatov, Stanisławowska 47, 54-611 Wrocław, Poland (NIP: 8943125920).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, password, profile information (bio, locations, services), and messages exchanged through the platform. We also collect basic technical data needed to operate the service (such as IP address used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention). Additionally, only if you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we collect aggregated usage data via Google Analytics 4. We also use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) that measure aggregate traffic and page performance without cookies or identifiers. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve our services; facilitate connections between organisers and specialists; issue invoices for the specialist service fee (Evemently does not process payments between organisers and specialists); communicate with you about your account and our services; send important notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to: provide our services (e.g., showing your profile to organisers when you are a specialist); carry out accounting related to the specialist service fee (Evemently does not intermediate payments between organisers and specialists); comply with legal requirements; or protect our rights and safety. When organisers and specialists connect, relevant contact and profile information may be shared to help them reach an agreement. We also rely on the following sub-processors: (a) Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) — only when you have granted analytics consent; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses; (b) Vercel Inc. (USA) — our hosting provider and the provider of Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, cookieless tools that measure aggregate traffic and page performance without cookies or personal identifiers; data may be processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share your personal data with advertising networks.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are hashed, and we use secure connections (HTTPS) for data transmission.

6. Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics

Essential storage. We use browser local storage (not traditional cookies) for functionality strictly necessary to operate the service: keeping you logged in (authentication tokens), saving preferences (e.g. currency) and preserving form drafts. Under GDPR and Polish law this does not require prior consent, but we inform you of its use. Third-party analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited, measurement ID G-VCHL3TGMBG) to understand how visitors discover and use the site so we can improve it. Analytics is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 set to denied by default — no analytics cookies are written and no identifiers are collected until you click "Accept analytics" in our cookie banner. If you accept, GA4 collects: page paths and titles you visit, an anonymised client identifier, approximate location (city, derived from a truncated IP — the full IP is not stored by Google), device and browser type, referring source, and aggregated session statistics. The default GA4 retention period is 14 months. Lawful basis & withdrawal. The legal basis for analytics is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not run advertising networks, do not use ad personalisation, and do not sell analytics data. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the page footer, which re-opens the banner. Privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel). Separately, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (provided by Vercel Inc., USA) to measure overall traffic and page-load performance so we can keep the service reliable and fast. These tools are cookieless: they set no cookies, write nothing to your browser storage, and create no persistent or cross-site identifiers. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits using a temporary, daily-rotating hash derived from request data that cannot be traced back to you and is not used to profile you, and records only coarse data such as page path, referrer, country, and device/browser type; Vercel Speed Insights records anonymous page-load performance metrics (e.g. Core Web Vitals). Because no cookies or identifiers are stored and the data is aggregated, this processing does not require consent and runs regardless of your cookie-banner choice; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and improving the service. It never identifies you individually. Data may be processed in the United States.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to processing; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, for advertising measurement and remarketing — to understand how visitors who came from Facebook or Instagram ads interact with our site and to show relevant ads to people who have visited it. The pixel is inactive by default: it does not write any cookie and sends no events until you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the page footer, which re-opens the banner. Once accepted, the pixel processes: a pixel/browser identifier, your IP address, the pages you visit and interactions on them (e.g. page views), and Facebook cookies used to link this activity to your Facebook account for ad measurement and remarketing. This data is received by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and may be processed in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
