Launch promo: the 10% service fee is currently waived. Specialists keep the full amount agreed with the organiser. We'll let you know in advance before the standard fee returns.
Free for Everyone
Organisers and specialists can use Evemently features (profiles, requests, chat, planning) with no subscription. Payments between an organiser and a specialist for performed work stay off-platform — we do not operate those settlements.
Specialist Service Fee
When a service was actually performed after contact on the Platform, we charge the specialist a service fee of 10% of the final price agreed with the organiser. This is not a commission on payments processed through the Platform.
Invoice Timing
We issue the service-fee invoice to the specialist within 14 days from the date the service was performed.
Payment Terms
Specialists have 14 days from the invoice date to pay the service fee to Evemently (standard payment methods). After the due date statutory interest for late payment may apply — as described in the Terms.
