Yes. Browsing, requesting quotes and booking specialists costs nothing for event organisers — no subscription, no card required. We charge a 10% service fee to the specialist only after the service has actually been performed, as set out in the Terms.

Pick a category (photographer, DJ, catering, videographer etc.) and a city (Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk and others). You will get a list of specialist profiles, often with portfolios and reviews. You can request up to five specialists at the same time.

No. You can pick specialists from the list, describe what you need and submit a request as a guest. You can add an account later to save progress or keep a full booking history.

Photographers, videographers, DJs, live bands, catering companies, florists, decorators, makeup artists, hair stylists, cake makers, entertainers, bartenders, photo booths, sound providers and MCs — all in one platform.

You and the specialist usually settle the fee for the performed service directly (e.g. bank transfer or cash) — Evemently does not process payments between organisers and specialists and charges organisers nothing. After the service is performed we issue the specialist an invoice for the 10% service fee on the final agreed price; the invoice is payable within 14 days.

Find Specialists by category and city, compare portfolios and reviews, then send a request to up to five at once. Specialists reply with their price and availability in chat — once you agree the details, you confirm the booking. No email threads, no spreadsheets.
